Cooking for 1? Quick nutritious meals for 1 or 2 people

Microwave meals have come a long way since they first appeared on our supermarket shelves. If you’re cooking for 1 or 2 people, then you’re probably looking for a healthy well-balanced meal without all of the fuss. As we get older our diets may change and tend to require different levels of nutrients and we aim to reduce fat and increase protein.
