All external maintenance of the building and grounds are covered by this charge. Servicing of lifts, fire alarm and safety systems are included in this monthly charge as well as staff salaries and maintenance of the on site restaurant.
Redecoration and heating of all communal areas are taken from this monthly contribution. This charge also includes one hour domestic care each week.
