Retirement housebuilder McCarthy and Stone has recently updating the names of its retirement property categories.
The extra care developments that were previously known as Assisted Living are now called Retirement Living Plus. And Ortus Homes has been redefined as Lifestyle Living.
The change won’t make a difference to current owners, however for those looking to buy a retirement property it’s important to be aware of the name change.
We will be updating our own website over the next few weeks to reflect this change. In the interim period, we will be referring to both Assisted Living and Retirement Living Plus to avoid confusion.
If you have any questions, please contact our office team on 0800 080 3303.
